Garment Fusing Machine

Garment Fusing Machines are used to remove all sorts of elements from fabrics that cause shrinkage. These automatic equipments are also useful for preventing heat shock and bubbling of textile products. Powered by 2.6 kW or 9.6 kW motor and 220V to 380V voltage range, this array of Garment Fusing Machines can endure up to 150 degree C temperature. Featured with 50 Hz frequency range, these equipments can handle maximum 500 mm wide fabric. Accessible in multiple models, these equipments require 6 sec to 28 sec heating duration. Micro switch and PCB of these systems effectively control lower and upper belts mechanically and help to prolong service life of belts. These textile systems comprise of mesh conveyor belt and cooling fan for achieving best cooling result.
